Engaged in LIFE. How do we honor LIFE in our lives, in organizations and in society?Lise Damkjær has been working as manager, personnel development manager, coach and independent process consultant. Through the years I learned to see and appreciate the beautiful power of each and everyone. Especially when we find it meaningful what is going on, then everybody unleash their potential.
In my book "Failures i construction?" (published in danish) based on a researchproject, we developed a chaos theory about construction. Here I learned a lot about complexity and unpredictability. To make it easier to people working in construction and in all types of projects I developed the Projectspacegame. It helps us in SHIT-situations: SHIT, I didn't see that come.
I also developed the game "Being Human" (will be published in english soon). When we play it in teams, we develop the habit of helping each other and make the trust and openness grow. It's about existence and LIFE - in work.
Now I share, what I know, whenever possible. Helping organizations to get more alive, flexible and energized. Helping employees and managers to be more alive - living their lives fully - also when working.
We cannot place our lives on hold, when we work - we have this one life.
